CTP 額外的CYCLE、額外的收穫

這次因為感冒，而額外接獲職員想請我幫忙他們的職員一位做CTP，然後我的CYCLE 她們會幫我處理。

結果，我協助 Sebrina 五天完成，另外sup又請我幫忙，所以我協助 Min 四天完成，今天就是她完成的時間。我很開心我幫她們完成了。在幫她們聽的過程中，我自己也從她們的win有些收穫，且這些收穫是不在我聽CTP時的哦!份外覺得這次的幫忙，我也有收穫。

雖然我的 folder在我完成了8 天的 CTP還是還沒好，不過，我想這個 outflow 我自己也很開心，也很enjoy.

接下來要繼續追我的 folder囉!

這次聽析完，我決定要把CTP的所有的指令都打下來，我覺得那些指令超讚的啦!

額外的 flow from VM sup

昨天交了一份VM的作業
今天收到一封信 from VM 的sup寄給我的。他邀請我當VM課程中文改作業的人耶!

突然覺得自己能收到這個邀請，份外的開心，不論是不是挑過的，但是就覺得自己有能力的感覺。
很開心，但是現在尚未完成受訓，所以只好跟SUP說，要等我受訓完了。

快樂之道 The way to Happiness

之前就看完快樂之道，但現在正在上涵授課程，在上的過程中發現了更多的東西。

這是其中一個~~ ^^

學習的另一部分只不過是把學習的東西轉化成記憶，像是字的寫法、

數學乘法與公式、操作按鈕的順序等等。但是，即使是簡單的記憶，

也必須知道這資料是做什麼用的、如何用、還有何時用。學習的過程
並不只是堆積越來越多的資料，而是獲得新的理解和更好的做事方法。

Reality 真實性

Tonight , i have chat with Josee.
She remind me that I can chat other things let my mom have more reality to me right now when I am in flag.

I can share my school time, and classmates, and how is my course, and how many people come to training.
or i can share the thing around my house, let my mom have more reality to my LIFE.

Suddenly I realized that I never did these thing to my friend , to my family. Because I didn't like to chat on the phone. but tonight it's remind me that i can using WORD to let my friend and family have more reality about me and my training and my place.

I also can share the party time. share the good things. ^^

next time, when I call home, I will try to say these thing to mom. and see how is goes.

Assist works

Yesterday, Vega did a TOUCH ASSIST to me.
today, I really feel better, and I also feel I am going to good closer.

and this the second time, after did a touch assist , I feel better. The first time is Victor did it to me about 20 or 30 minutes , and next day, I feel better a lot. And I also keep having fish oil as Desale told me. So when I feel good I really didn;t know was the assist works or the fish oil works.

But after yesterday assist and today I also feel better more a lot. ( I also keep having fish oil ), I think , the assist was improve the speed that let me feel better a lot.

This is my first time feel the touch assist really works a lots for me.

OT7的時間

10/23 和Beatrica & Victor 出去慶祝Bea 生日。
一整天帶Bea 去吃吃到飽、去海邊、去買鞋、逛街。除了很開心之後，Victor在我們回家時說，今天去了許多地方，也都覺得逛的很讚，但是卻額外覺得今天的時間過的很慢…經他這麼一說，我回想一下，真的耶!! 今天逛超多地方的，但是我看時間時都覺得，丫，還早、還早。
突然覺得真的是這樣…

突然 Victor 說，難道這就是 OT 的時間
接著，他也說，也有可能是我們沒有閒逛，都是有目標的逛，逛完就離開，所以節省了些時間。
我覺得也是，但對於他說的 - 難道這就是 OT 的時間，我覺得超級認同的。

Today I found a book called "The Second Dynamic" from Josee's Library. I want to find this book on the web side where is still sell or not.
therefore, I put on google to search.

than, I found a web side, after I look some pages, I feel strange. I'm not sure that is correct web side. so I decide to close that web side. Suddenly I think there is a question some like this "have you ever see the not Scientology web side?" . after that I have a Cog. that is what ever I what to search something about Scientology, I should always check the right web side(ex: the correct Scientology web side or mission's web side), than I won't get in trouble for the above question.

我的PTS Handling

自從上次發現我每約二個月會感冒一次，這次…真的又感冒了。

那天CCH學長的建議，我回家再次看了PTS的資料
突然才發現
我有可能是最近的一次的PTS Handling 沒有處理到EP。所找到的人可能不是我的SP，因為我一直有一個注意力在找到的人那個人身上，會擔心。依據資料上所寫的，會擔心，就表示那是第二型，而不是第一型…

所以，我想，我應該寫個COMM給C/S ^^

加上這星期勇達 & Vega help me did assist , I feel better right now.
